On Monday, August 24, representatives from Trustco Bank on Crane Street presented Christina Howard, principal of Pleasant Valley Elementary School with 450 backpacks full of supplies and a check for $2,500 to support extra-curricular activities. Howard, along with Mayor Gary McCarthy and Interim Superintendent Aaron Bochniak expressed gratitude for our community partners for this generous donation.
